Commercial producers indemnity insurance

• Cover for the additional expenditure to reshoot the production or the actual costs incurred if the shoot has to be aborted following interruption, postponement, cancellation or abandonment of the production for any reason beyond the control of the production company

• Effected with specialist insurers who understand the enhanced liabilities accepted by production companies

 

Production office insurance

Package protection designed to complement the specialist insurances including:

• Business equipment, furniture/furnishings, improvements and stock
• Buildings and rent
• Loss of revenue or additional costs incurred following insured damage to the premises or it's contents
• Money, including cash in transit to and from and whilst at any filming location

 

Professional indemnity insurance

Cover for legal costs, expenses and damages incurred arising from any negligent act, error or omission of the production company in the course of its business. Standard extensions include:

• Infringement of copyright
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Breach of confidentiality
