Towergate Commercial Underwriting (TCU) is delighted to
confirm that Allianz will continue to lead their insurer consortium
for the next 5 years, increasing their share to 70%. They will be
joined by Brit who will hold the remaining 30%.
The new arrangement will start from 1 January 2012, replacing
the existing insurers. There will be full continuity of cover and
product range.
TCU will be making minor changes to documentation to reflect the
change of insurers. This may create a small delay in January
renewals through the PowerPlace system due to implementation of
these changes.
We hope this will not cause any inconvenience to our brokers -
we are aiming to release January renewals 21 days prior to renewal
and will be back to normal service standards for the following
months.
