We have seen a period of continuous temperatures below freezing
in many parts of the country and the forecast looks to be more of
the same for a number of days to come and over the Christmas break.
This weather has the potential to create problems for homeowners
and businesses from pipes freezing and then bursting, usually when
the thaw eventually arrives.
