Claims Procedure
To register a claim with Towergate Underwriting Liability and
Construction simply email or post the appropriate claim form to a member of the
claims department along with any associated documentation. Before a
claim can be fully registered we request the claim form must be
fully completed including the date of incident and full contact
details.
Urgent claims can be called through using the claims department
phone number, all other claims should be sent to the claims
department via email or post including a completed claim form.
All claims must go through the Towergate Underwriting Liability
and Construction claims personnel, not direct to the insurer; this
will ensure your claim will be dealt with in the most efficient
manner.
