Cover provided
Home Emergency Assistance (for clients who have
no Towergate home emergency cover under their home insurance
policy) - Cover available for internal plumbing and electrical
emergencies, gas boiler or electric heating breakdown, leaking
pipes, security and glazing emergencies.
Home Insurance Emergency Cover Plus (top up to
Towergate home insurance policies with some home emergency cover
included) - Cover available for radiators, water supply pipe,
plumbing emergencies and the gas central heating system.
Gas Boiler Service - From minor repairs to full
operational checks, this policy will provide your clients with
peace of mind that their boiler is fully operational at all
times.
Complete Cover - Complete Cover provides your
client with cover for internal and external plumbing, drainage and
water supply emergencies as well as plumbing maintenance. In
addition it also provides electrical emergency and breakdown,
internal gas supply pipe, gas central heating cover and more.
Gas Central Heating Cover - Ensure your clients
central heating remains protected from costly repairs such as the
boiler pump or electrical/mechanical malfunctions.
Complete Water - Protect your clients from water
emergencies such as blocked drains or burst pipes. All emergencies
relating to internal plumbing and drainage are covered under this
policy.

General Exclusions
All homeowners are eligible to apply unless their property
is:
- used for commercial purposes
- a mobile home
- a bed-sit
- in multiple-occupancy
- a flat (unless stated on the cover)

Housing Association Co-owners: if your client
part bought their home in conjunction with a Housing Association,
they're eligible to apply for policies, although we advise that
they double check their responsibilities for the property.
Council Tenants: will not need any home
emergency cover because the Council is responsible for repairs.
Private Tenants: before they apply, they should
check what repairs they're responsible for with their landlord.
