Towergate Charitable
Foundation has continued to increase its annual donation to
good causes. Since 2005 more than £5.5 million has been paid with
nearly 25% of this amount being donated by Towergate staff across
the country from Inverness to Falmouth. By the end of 2012 annual
charitable donations are expected to exceed £2.5 million.
Founder and Trustee, Peter Cullum, says that “we
do good because we can and it’s simply the right thing to do
because whilst we make a living from what we earn, we make a life
from what we give”.
Help has been provided to local and national
charities including funding key projects at
Cancer Research UK,
Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity,
The Hospice movement,
NSPCC, which provides the
ChildLine service and a range of
Military charities that care for veterans and their
families.
