Claims Procedure
You should report the claim to us as soon as possible.
Complete and return the Equine Claim Form.
- During office hours (9:00am – 5:30pm weekdays) please call

- Outside of these hours call the emergency helpline of the
Agrical Loss Adjusters on 0844 770 4205
At the scene of an incident involving any third party your
client should:
- Take the names and addresses of other parties involved together
with witnesses
- Take photographs if possible
- Make no admissions of liability
If an injury occurs to a horse your client should:
- Obtain a veterinary certificate
